About the David Brownell Team
We know Summerlin. David has been an active, full-time Realtor in the Las Vegas/Summerlin market for 11 years. During that period, he has helped hundreds of families and individuals buy and sell homes. He has worked in or nearby Summerlin for all 11 years.
David is a resident of Summerlin, plays golf at its courses, dines, shops, banks, and utilizes other services like dry cleaners, car washes, etc. throughout Summerlin and surrounding communities. The David Brownell Team office is located in the heart of Summerlin.
Seven years ago, David started the David Brownell Team. The team is made of hard working, enthusiastic, and committed people who help folks moving to and around Las Vegas and surrounding communities. David’s Team has a strong knowledge of the ins and outs of the Summerlin real estate market. The Team includes:
David Brownell – Team Leader/Broker-Salesperson. David was born and raised in the Midwest, Des Moines, Iowa. He has over eleven years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate market with an emphasis in Summerlin and custom homes.
Paul Benedict – Buyer’s Agent. Paul grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has a background in the banking industry, most recently with Bank of America. Paul plays guitar for a local band in his spare time.
Kelly Bogle – Buyer’s Agent. Kelly was born in London, England. She has lived in Las Vegas for the past 19 years. Kelly has been a member of the David Brownell Team for the past four years.
Matthew Bunch – Transaction Coordinator. Matt is from San Diego, California. He handles all the transaction files for the David Brownell Team. Matt is an expert chess player and teaches chess to students in conjunction with the local school system.
Dana Gangsei – Listing Assistant. Dana recently moved to Las Vegas from Northern Minnesota. Dana has over five years of real estate experience. He primarily works with the Team’s Seller clients.
Brittany Hahn – Office/Transaction Assistant. Brittany works with Tiffany, Matt and Alyson in keeping the administrative side of the Team running smoothly.
Tiffany Harris – Office Manager/Director. Tiffany grew up in Aspen, Colorado. She runs the day to day business of the David Brownell Team. Tiffany has over ten years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate market. She has taught real estate as well.
Alyson Kelly – Marketing Coordinator. Alyson grew up on the East Coast in New Jersey. She handles the marketing and promotion aspects of the Team.
Danielle Mateo – Buyer’s Agent. Danielle was born and raised in Hawaii. She has been in Las Vegas for four years now and enjoys the excitement and satisfaction of working in the Las Vegas real estate market.
